EFFECTIVELY DESIGNING CHANGE NEWLY INSPIRES ME AGAIN AND AGAIN!

For many years, working in a (large) company shaped my view of systems, internal political currents, service orientation and realistic feasibilities. These experiences became important tools for my personal development towards self-employment, further formed by a unique mixture of planned professional decisions and chance human encounters.

The world today as I experience it through my projects create a wide variety of challenges for everyone involved:
 
Global interconnectedness makes local adaptations imperative. Breathtaking haste combined with the pressure to "do something" may benefit from focused deceleration. Confusion between personal needs and ambitions for power or influence requires disentanglement. Those who can work self-efficaciously “on a small scale” usually will experience meaning in the “big picture”. – These continuously evolving complexities never fail to raise new and fascinating questions for me as an external consultant.
